LOCAL TRANSPORT PLAN SURVEY

Residents and Young People are encouraged to engage with the Local Plan Transport Survey before the consultation closes on 13 October 2025:

1. Visit the Consultation Portal

Go to Dorset Council’s consultation page where both the Local Plan and Local Transport Plan consultations are hosted.

2. Review the Draft Plan

Read through the draft Local Transport Plan to understand the proposed priorities, goals, and investment strategies. The plan focuses on improving transport systems, increasing healthy travel options, and reducing social deprivation.

3. Use the Online Survey

Dorset Council recommends using the online survey for submitting comments. This helps them analyse responses more efficiently. You can:

• Choose which sections of the plan you want to comment on.

• Skip questions that aren’t relevant to you.

• Save your progress and return later.

4. Attend Drop-In Sessions (Optional)

If you prefer to speak to someone in person, Dorset Council is hosting drop-in sessions across the area. Details are available here.

5. Deadline

Make sure to submit your response by 13 October 2025.
